Process: The process uses "PAM sludge conditioning + filter cloth walking-type fully automatic Filter Presses With plate-and-frame dewatering". Without adding lime and fly ash, only PAM and PAC are used as conditioning agents to directly dewater the tap water plant sludge to below 60% in one step. To date, this equipment has been operating fully automatically, with characteristics such as short single-batch cycle, thin mud cake, small land area, mature technology, stable operation, and low operating cost.
