Xingping City Sewage Sludge Resource Utilization and Disposal Center (Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant)
Project Design Scale: Sewage plant area scale is 100,000 m³/d; that is 34t/d (including 80% water content), including 34 tons in phase one and 34 tons in phase two.
Process: This project adopts a "thickening pool + filter cloth walking type fully automatic Filter Presses With plate and frame dewatering + waste heat drying + SGM gasification melting" treatment process.
The sludge deep dewatering system adopts CFG15 series core equipment. After the sludge is gasified and melted by the SGM gasification melting system, it becomes ceramic particles, which are used as building materials, realizing the resource utilization and product of sludge.
