Filter Presses With Filter Cloth Movement
Product Features:
1. Applicable to industrial, municipal, domestic, and tap water sludge, etc.; only adding PAM and PAC (no lime, iron salts, or other special conditioning agents), the mud cake moisture content is below 60%, and the subsequent disposal cost is low! Single batch time 40~50 minutes, high efficiency, high output!
2. Simultaneous plate opening and effective mud discharge, no manual assistance required.
3. Fully automatic mud discharge, no manual operation required;
4. The filter cloth is automatically cleaned multiple times daily, resulting in a long service life and low maintenance costs.

Medium-Temperature Pressure Filtration and Drying Integrated Machine
Product Features:
1. Simple process. The integrated effect of mechanical separation and thermal drying separation of the suspension can be achieved on a single unit, achieving drying and separation in one step.
2. Low-carbon and energy-efficient. The liquid is removed in a non-vaporization way, and the required heat energy is only to provide auxiliary power for strengthening the non-vaporization separation of the liquid, which is far lower than the heat energy consumed by the thermal drying vaporization of all the separated liquid. The entire system uses heat energy management, saving more than 60% energy compared to similar systems.
3. High-efficiency separation. Controlling the vacuum negative pressure conditions in the hot-pressing chamber reduces the vaporization temperature of capillary liquid, shortens the drying time, and improves separation efficiency.

Low-Temperature Pressure Filtration and Drying Integrated Machine
Product Features:
1. Simple process. The integrated effect of mechanical separation and thermal drying separation of the suspension can be achieved on a single unit, achieving drying and separation in one step.
2. Low-carbon and energy-efficient. Hot water at around 90℃ is recycled after work and heated by a heat pump, with no heat energy loss. Coupled with the entire system's heat energy management, it saves more than 40% energy compared to similar systems.
3. High-efficiency separation. Controlling the vacuum negative pressure conditions in the hot-pressing chamber reduces the vaporization temperature of capillary liquid, shortens the drying time, and improves separation efficiency.
