    Simple Process

    It integrates the mechanical separation and thermal drying separation of the suspension on a single unit, achieving the drying and separation effect at one time.
     

    Low-carbon and Energy-saving

    The liquid is removed in a non-vaporization way. The required heat energy is only to provide auxiliary power for strengthening the non-vaporization separation of the liquid, which is far lower than the heat energy consumed by the thermal drying vaporization of all the separated liquid. The whole system adopts heat energy management, saving more than 60% energy compared with the same type of equipment. High-efficiency separation
    Control the vacuum negative pressure in the thermo-pressure chamber to reduce the vaporization temperature of capillary liquid, shorten the drying time, and improve the separation efficiency.

    Working Principle

    As shown in Figure 1, the principle of thermo-pressure drying is based on the natural phenomenon that when one end of wet wood is burned and heated, liquid seeps out from the other end. The cake-like material formed by mechanical separation is placed in a closed thermo-pressure drying chamber (as shown in Figure 2). A fluid heat medium (such as saturated steam or hot oil) is introduced into the serpentine labyrinth channels inside the drying plate at the top of the chamber to heat the drying plate. The capillary water in the material near the drying plate is heated and vaporized, driving the capillary liquid at the lower end to flow out of the material surface in a non-vaporized liquid phase. In addition, controlling the vacuum negative pressure of the thermo-pressure drying chamber reduces the vaporization temperature of the liquid contained in the material
    The thermo-pressure dryer is the core equipment for realizing the thermo-pressure drying solid-liquid separation technology. A pair of drying plates and thermo-pressure filter plates are designed as a working module. The drying plate is a magic-proof metal filter plate with labyrinth fluid heat medium channels inside, and the thermo-pressure filter plate is a heat-resistant diaphragm filter plate manufactured according to DIN7129-1980zh standard. Each equipment can match several thermo-pressure drying modules on the frame according to the production capacity to achieve the thermo-pressure drying solid-liquid separation efficiency
