Working principle and implementation form
The low-temperature hot-pressing dryer is equipped with heat-resistant diaphragm filter plates manufactured according to German standards (DIN7129-1980 zh) placed on the frame. After the mechanical pressing of the filter cake material in the filter chamber is completed, hot water of around 90℃ is introduced into the fluid pressing chamber of each diaphragm plate to conduct heat to the filter cake material, evaporating the capillary moisture. The hot water flowing out of the diaphragm filter plate is heated by a heat pump and then recycled into each diaphragm filter plate. At the same time, the vacuum negative pressure of the filter chamber is controlled to reduce the vaporization temperature of the liquid contained in the material until the required liquid content of the filter cake is reached, and the dried filter cake material is then removed.

The integrated effect of mechanical separation and thermal drying separation of suspension can be achieved on a single unit, achieving drying and separation at once.
Low-carbon energy saving
Hot water of around 90℃ is recycled after being heated by a heat pump after work, with no heat loss. Coupled with the overall system's thermal energy management, energy saving is more than 40% compared to similar products.
Efficient separation
Controlling the vacuum negative pressure in the hot pressing chamber reduces the vaporization temperature of the capillary liquid, shortens the drying time, and improves separation efficiency.
